Understand their needs and how your offering can be a solution, positioning yourself as a trustworthy expert ready to make their lives easier. Seek shared interests or exciting aspects about the prospect’s company to get excited about the call.
  2. Be an expert in your product or service. Know every detail about your offering and how it sets itself apart from others. Confidence grows as you become more knowledgeable, allowing you to handle any questions or concerns effectively.
  3. Prioritize positivity and high-energy. Prepare by engaging in activities that make you laugh, smile, or pump you up. A positive mood enhances your approach, making you more helpful and focused.
  4. Utilize positive body language. Stand up, walk around, and use hand gestures during video or phone calls. This not only helps you think clearly but also communicates more effectively to the prospect.
